how to make homemade STEEL nunchucks
before you answer listen to me, l dont care about if im doin it right or
wrong, my last question didnt even get answered cause ppl only told me
stuff to make them look better, such as, l could take them off you, or
your not trained properly, IM NOT TRAINING FOR FIGHTING, IM TRAINING FOR
STYLE, SO MY WAY IS RIGHT..i dont want you to say your better, cause if
you do no one will ever meet you from here so who cares, l already heve
the materials to make them so help if you can?.. just plz anser the question.i dont wanna make the gay wooden ones inwhich ppl use a hook screwed into the wood, im looking for something more professional, check this video on youtube, its me, http://youtube.com/watch?v=8U4EAIWdA... thats me about a week ago, l have oak wood chucks on a ball bearing swivel. but l have two 14 inch steel rods both hollow with a 2.5 cm diametre, and a basic piece of stainless steel chain, how do l connect the chain to the hollow rods, l want them to be as professional looking as possible,
it doesnt matter if you training for style you still can use
them correctly.
so ur way is not correct
how many times are you going to ask this..
and i will say again
your self taught & dont know how to use them, you move way to slow, i could take them out of ur hand in mid swing. you should learn to use them from an instructor. i could tell they were chain because the chain moves slower then the rope. anyone that uses nunchaku will tell you that the rope is much better, it doesnt bind up like the chain & bearing ones do. & swings much more freely. as for making metal ones you dont know how to use the wooden ones yet. you still need to learn the basics. and finally they are called nunchaku not nunchucks there is no such weapon it is a poor english slang
ROFLMAO .... '' IM NOT TRAINING FOR FIGHTING, IM TRAINING FOR
STYLE, SO MY WAY IS RIGHT..i dont want you to say ur better, cause if you
do no one will ever meet you from here so who cares,..''
By the way.. The link does not work so we can not see ur video. Youtube
says. The URL contained a malformed video ID.
************ Edit: I found the correct link to you video on one of ur other questions.. No offense but you are gripping the nunchaku near the chain. That is not the correct way. The nunchaku is gripped two fingers width from the end of the stick. It give better reach & power. It also requires more skill to use. The gap between the sticks should only be the width of ur wrist. Longer makes the nunchaku harder to control. Longer gap also makes the trapping of a wrist ,.etc. harder. Learning the nunchaku is learning three different types of techniques. Most people only learn to do fancy flips. That is only 1/3 of nunchaku training. If you really want to learn properly, you need a qualified instructor. What I see on ur video shows that you have not had that. Anyone having true skills in the nunchaku or the bo will easily disarm ur technique.
The video doesn't work..
And anyway, just figure something out...your just playing around as you
said anyway. Just doing it for style..so come up with your own way of
attaching them. Real Nunchucks weren't that complicated..surely you can
figure something up assuming you can use basic tools.
I still dont understand why steel nunchuks would be better or look cooler. Old traditional nunchucks look great and professional.
just drill a hole at the top of both metal rods, cut a strong
bolt that will fit into the hole you drilled.put the first link of chain
in a rod, slip one cut bolt into the rod,and wrap it with some cool looking
strong tape.
